I’ve tried a few different nail bite deterrents like this, but this one works best. The taste is nasty, so it really did the trick. It doesn’t take much, it’s super thin and dries fast. This is about 1 month into using. My nails before were super short, below where the white part of the nail starts. Would definitely recommend.

I definitely recommend this product. First photo is from May 10th. Last photo is June 8th. I stopped biting and I finally have pretty nails. Just need to be patient and reapply the pen maybe once every 2-3 days.
